Taking 95 through MD and Philly there is $7 in tolls. $1 toll going through the Ft. McHenry Tunnel in Bmore, then a $4 toll somewhere around the MD, PA border (don't remember exactly where), then another $2 toll a little past that. Once you get close Baltimore city slow down, there are tons of cops who trap, some with unmarked mustangs and cameros. About 10-15 miles past the Ft. McHenry tunnel you are pretty clear up through Philly. Also, it's either 495 or 497 that you hit when you get up into PA that is a bypass for through traffic on 95, I recommend taking it to save a bit of time. You should see signs saying through traffic take it.
